Shipping policy
Current order processing times are 3-5 business days. Estimated shipping times are in addition to order processing times. Once you confirm your order, it will go into our picking queue where a member of our team will get your order ready prior to shipping. If an item is on pre-order, it may be much longer than 3-5 days until it ships. The entire order won't ship until the pre-order is released.
All orders are shipped out in the same order they were received.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing time does not include the time an item spends on backorder or pre-order (click the links for more info on backorders and pre-orders).
Processing is different from In-Transit.

Processing is when an item is still in our warehouse, either on the shelf or in the process of being picked and packed.

In-Transit is when an item is in a package and in the hands of a mail carrier.
Transit time will not affect processing time. Choosing 2-day or Priority shipping will not expedite the processing of your order.
When placing an order for Birthday/Holiday gifts or other time sensitive events, we recommend placing your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure it is processed and delivered in a timely manner.
Domestic Shipping:
Our domestic shipping options currently include the United States Postal Service (USPS First Class, Priority, Media Mail*) and FedEx (Ground Home, Express Saver, Standard Overnight, Smartpost). Tracking is available for all of these methods and you'll receive tracking information via email within 1 business day of your shipment (after our 3-5 business day processing time unless otherwise specified).
*Keep in mind that USPS Media Mail is a less expensive option that takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Due to extended transit times, there are greater risks for your item(s) to be damaged and/or delayed. Media shipments will not be considered damaged unless the playability is affected. Refunds will not be given for minor dents, seam splits, or corner damages. We strongly encourage you to use caution when ordering as we are not responsible for what happens once your order leaves our warehouse.
*PLEASE NOTE: Transit times are referred to as the time it takes once the carrier is in possession of your package and does not include the time it takes for us to prepare and ship your order. All transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping:
We offer (3) options for International shipping:

UPS Budget International Shipping - tracking is available but is less detailed and precise than the expedited options below

FedEx International Economy (typically arrives 4-6 business days after processing)

FedEx International Priority (typically arrives 1-3 business days after processing)
Please note that on average it takes 2-4 weeks for international shipments to arrive via UPS Budget International. We ask that you plan accordingly for holidays and high volume times.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are solely your responsibility.
